Thanks guys!.  No I haven't contemplated an upland calendar.   I did contemplate a duck one, but never put it together.

They sure are handsome birds. I've got a couple ledges and shelves in our home that would be perfect for a small covey of taxidermied quail

They are an inexpensive fun project if you ever shoot one and want to try it and as you screw up, its not a trophy of a lifetime.
