I looked but may have missed it
Yes. All ammo purchases must take place in person. Online orders must be delivered to a licensed vendor for customer pick-up.
Nature. It's cheaper than therapy.

As a native Californian who is back home I just went through this crock of crap.

My CA DL address is not my current living address (military)

My WA ID IS my current address, but I cannot buy ammo with an out of state ID.
EVEN THOUGH I PAY STATES TAXES TO CA .

Just infringe at will California.

I hope you're able to move out of that shire hole to AZ or ID, or somewhere that hasn't given up all of their liberties yet.
