Looking at photos, I don't have too many of the truck but here's mine.  It's served me well for almost 20 yrs. It has mud tires now since it got demoted from my daily driver.  The beer was opened when we got back to camp for you internet police.

That's no flashlight, it's my receiver antenna for my heat seeking arrows.   That flashlight thread will live forever.

Been elk hunting for 40 years. How in the hell do you get an elk out whole and loaded in the back of a pick up? I gotta learn some new tricks. Geez.....my aching back.

It is kinda anticlimactic to have that big lift and those huge bushwhackers and have smallish wheels and tires.   

I think I found the setup you think I should get, is this more like you were thinking?

Here is  mine. 92 Honda civic four door. Hand me down with great gas mileage. Two whole deer so far but elk will need to be boned out I imagine.

it is pretty sweet, it's not mine though, got it off of google images just needed a picture with a silverado with rediculously huge tires to make a point, the RC worked

Well I didn't have a pic of my sedan so I had to steal one from the net. Same make, year, model, color. The mileage is slightly better in the car. I was getting 20mpg in the powerstroke and I get 26 in the Honda but the real difference is not having to lift that little green handle at the gas station. Saves me about a buck a gallon plus the difference in mileage makes over $150 per week savings. Add to that the cost of 35" tires every year, the cost of diesel parts and oil changes vs the Honda and I am getting close to saving 10k per year.

I wish I had a picture of my Montana trip about 10 years ago.  I drove a Geo Metro at the time.  Killed a nice 4 x 5 muley and a 4 x 5 elk.  Had the elk quarters and head and the deer (dressed) packed in with all my stuff.  Had the hatch tied down and kept the windows open (to keep the meat frozen).  Stopped at a game check station and the guy behind me got out to take a picture of my "rig".

That truck wasnt from Rainier back in the day was it like say mid to late 90's ?
