So i just called Idaho and they are NOT selling non res tags until earliest the phase 3 of reopening, which is after season closure dates there.. Just in case any were interested. it was not clearly discussed on the IDFG site.

Well the only time my buddy can get off now is the last week. By then the campgrounds and N. Cascade should be open. No idea how the hunting will be?
