Quote
“This is a huge victory and restores Alaska’s wildlife management authority, including seasons, bag limits, methods and means,” said Evan Heusinkveld, president and CEO of the Sportsmen’s Alliance. “The new rule sets an excellent precedent for protecting state management of hunting on other federal lands throughout the United States, and could prevent future federal government overreach.”

Don't be donating to the Humane Society.

"When the Humane Society of the United States went to the White House’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in a last-minute effort to stop the process, the Sportsmen’s Alliance and APHA responded by making their own presentation to OMB in October, 2019 on why the 2015 rule should be repealed."

All Washington Forum  members  need to join and donate. If you are not internet connected you are so not aware of the groups that are hellbent to end hunting!

Is this the ruling that reversed the subsistence hunting so natives can use boats to harvest Caribou? Had a co-worker complain about it that it is not "sporting" but I reminded him that it was about survival and subsistence not politics! Glad to see this reversed.
