2020 Hancock Permits New Website Issue - anyone buy a pass

I can't find the vehicle access permit website.  Everything redirects me to what looks like a new website.  I registered and all I can find is a place to bid to buy land!!  LOL.  Anyone get their permit this year?  Can you send me a link or walk me through?

Its a royal PIA .... took me a good hour to figure out.

No WR permits for sale at this point but if you are looking for the other 2 click “learn more” after selecting Washington and then “license now”
