Halibut "Chum"? Shrimp heads?

Anyone used shrimp heads in their chum bag? I might have access to lots of them....

I can tell you where to find a bunch more, conveniently right next to a dock.

I haven't done it, but I can't imagine halibut won't eat them given the chance.  I would probably out both riggers, one with shrimp and one with fish, pellets or whatever you prefer and see what happens.
