Success Rates

Is there a place you can find out what the success rates in each unit are? Or lets just say success rates for the quality draw? I have found where you can find the harvest report but it doesn't tell you how many tag holders there were or what the success rate was.

Those are the harvest rates. Looking more for how many permits they gave out and what was the success rate for the hunters by unit
