Are there any sturgeon in the south end of the lake, or do you have to go north for those?

@buckcanyonlodge

My buddy and I stayed at Buck canyon for the end of the Turkey season this year and we both give a BIG  :tup: to Rick and Wendy for a great stay.

We camped and fished out of Spring Canyon last weekend, and couldn't keep the Smallmouth off our gear. I was hoping to target Kokanee, but my gear wasn't cooperating.

We fished with bottom bouncers and a slow death rig tipped with a night crawler in about 20ft of water. Picked up a small walleye too, but mostly Smallmouth. They fried up really well. Hope that helps some.

Pretty good turkey hatch this season...you'll have to come back and help us control the over-abundance!!Not many thunder storms in the fall....
