You're all wrong, it's a brown bear....don't you see it (well, its brown), or, a turtle... I would have to ask it first about the turtle identity.. no sense in assuming anything.  Yes, its a black bear, pretty obvious to me.

That there is a stump-leg AKA bench-leg bear.   Grizz Blackie cross. I have seen several here in Wash..even in my back yard. Commonly called Blackizzly. And that is no lie.....

Black bear.  I didn't get 100% on the bear test.  Like others, the nose doesn't look dished at all.  Great looking bear for sure though.
