Bear Pics
«
on:
April 14, 2009, 12:56:43 PM »
I saw this guy yesterday evening. He was a good half mile away. He is about 75 yards from my Predator Cam. I have gotten a Pic of him the last two years on one of my Trail Cams. There is also a Cinnamon in the area. I decided to slip in this mourning across the small draw. I figured he would be about 100yds. I got there this mourning at daylight and it was Snowing Sideways!!! I started easing into position but it was just snowing to hard. I decided to hike back to the truck and wait out the storm. About 8:30 it started to break so I slipped in their and guess what? Yep no Bear!!! But their were 3 Toms all Gobbling!!! So now I have to slip in there in the Mourning in the DARK!!!
And try to slay a Turkey!!! And look how big this Bear is!!! He's a FATTY!!!

Nice shape considering he is just out of the hole. Good luck on the bird.

That's a nice looking bear for the area. Hope to find one like that in a couple weeks up in the Northeast.

Nice bear, don't harvest that one, it would get you booted off the Hunt-WA predator winner selection committee for this year.
