I know this is a long shot but does anyone know where I can get some accurate #2 powder for reloading?

Have you checked Three Forks Ammo in Cle Elum? He had a selection of powders a couple of weeks ago. I would say check Pinto's Guns in Renton but it looks like a bit of a drive for you.
