We’ll see I ordered some and they accepted my payment through paypal. 7-14 days for shipping. Legally they have to notify me if there is a delay and  have to give consent to the delay. In that time frame it is not legal to accept payment, if they do they are in direct violation of the Federal Trade Commission's Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. I’ll report back in three weeks.
