Will aging the meat of a properly finished meat goat help in the quality? I've heard somewhere that goat was the most popular meat in the world. I've thought about raising one or two for meat but right now we have no room as we already have a steer, hog and bear in the freezer. I often see goats in close proximity of Hispanic homes....they must know something I don't. By the way those are some good looking pics of MEAT!
