So I have 17 acres 7 ish in Hayable grass but I let someone else hay it I will be using for blackberries and general clean up and land scoping. Our driveway is 900ft long so I will be keeping that in shape also. The cab would be sweet but the more I look at cost I can get non cab with sunshade with a grapple, brush cutter and land planer for a little more I than $1000 more than the tractor and cab by itself.

No cab on mine, and the only time I wish I had one is plowing snow. If I could get a heated steering wheel, I might not even want the cab. I've plowed about 10 times this Winter. I doubt in Eatonville, you'd have as much snow to really worry about a cab, but I could be wrong. I'm over 6 feet of snowfall this Winter.
