Oops. Broke the Yote Skull!
« on: March 11, 2021, 10:11:06 AM »
Was putting on a shirt and hooked one of the wife’s ‘prize’ bleached Yote skulls and took it off of a 5’ shelf onto the hardwood floor. JUST finished getting it back together. Yes, she knows... I could tell she was pretty pissed when she was looking at the pile of debris and just walked away. I am probably lucky she didn’t replace it with mine! Looks Ok I think. Some new glue lines however!

Was that coyote English by any chance? I thought they have more teeth than that? I brake all sorts of things doing stuff like that don't feel bad. I broke a really nice flower pot of my wifes, the mop head caught the stupid scrolled foot of the pot stand and smash she went! Glad you were able to fix the skull!

You are correct. She said no yote skulls in the house. Maybe bear? She could not remember for certain.

There are no problems, only solutions. She can get two bear tags a year here, just take her out to get another bear, but just not any bear, help her get a BIGGER bear bigger is always better  (or two). Problem solved!

Spent some time using a couple different viscosities of super glue and got it fixed up nice. Looks like it did before and is back on the shelf. She is happy with the job. That is the important part!
