Yes, that, and also seeing a pepper grinder taped to a drill is the best thing I've seen all day.   :chuckle:

Have a great time with those briskets!  I just need an address to drive to and an estimate of when they come out of the smoker...  ;)

I make most of my own rubs and i dont like coarse rubs so i use a coffee/herbs grinder to make all mine very fine, but this looks way more fun :tup:

I knew a guy who welded one of those flat cheese graters onto a sawzall blade and made a youtube video of it spewing cheese all over his garage lol ended up selling the video for a couple grand too. I love inventions like this  :chuckle:

LOL, I have a decent sized mixing tub with a handle but ground off the coating, got down to metal and tig welded on a home made shaft for a 20V drill and build an adapter and wood based solid hold bracket for the drill so I now have an awesome electic mixer for my mixing tub. I did this once I found out what an electric mixing tub costs.
