Would like to give a shout out to the service that he is providing. John was very thorough in the information that he needed to complete a good worksheet. He took his time and was real understanding when I didn't have all the information needed the first time he circle back and completed it. When we went over the worksheet answer all my questions and left nothing hidden. My wife and I choose not to do the re fi in but John went beyond normal service and gave extra time to tell me about just paying mid month and how much to pay to reach our goal in saving on our 30 year mortgage.
