That's not proof that there's no deer in Capitol Forest. Early Nov. has been tough hunting the last two or more years on the West Side. District 10, comprised of 14 GMUs, many of which are routinely in the top 5 Blacktail producing GMUs, spit out a total of ten bucks during last year's quality hunts. Ten bucks in 14 units. I'd say Capitol Forest did OK!
