Pope Land GMU 627, 633

Just a heads up all pope land in kitsap and Mason Gmu's are no longer public you must have a access permit. Walked in yesterday for my sons first dove hunt, the sign said public access 2 hours in got kicked out by their security they hung new signs saying it's private property.  :bash:

Yep Rayonier bought it last year. There is a free area but you still need a free permit. The other area is $100.

I went to the website couldn't find where to buy it, any info would be helpful.

Need to go to Rayonier hunting and rec website...
Create account/ search permits...
Free dewatto permit covers only a couple area's.
Family general hunt permit is 160 and cover's most other Kitsap/ mason areas.

Rayonier now and pay to play
You’ll see the signs and security patrols
Just an increasing trend  :chuckle:
Thanks to trash dumpers, target shooter slobs ,vandals and meth cookers

Certain parts
Recommend you get the app HuntOnX or something similar
It will show you boundaries ownership and where you stand
