Now I own three vortex scopes 2 viper pst and a gen 2 razor and 2 spotting scopes a razor and a viper. Never had any troubles with any of them. But for a company to send me a free 50.00 item and a free hat when all I'm looking to do is order a 10 dollar part. Thanks vortex I appreciate that you appreciate your customer.

Yeah I know a guy who bought a pair of ninos from them and somehow ran them over and broke them in half. Sent them in and got a new pair no problem. I bought a scope from them too that had the new reticle in it but I wanted a BDC reticle and they had discontinued it. I called in and they said they might have an extra to swap mine with. They told me to send mine in so I did. About a month later got back the one I wanted. No hassle or questions or anything. Just an ok, we can probably do that. Great company!0

Yae for you👍 Same here; 2 PSTII’s, viper hd binos, a viper spotter and my brand new Razor gen 1 spotter. My next purchase is to upgrade my binos to Razors. I love vortex.

I had a buddy call for some turret covers one time. They sent him the turret covers, two hats, two shirts all for free without any effort. Just a phone call to some nice gal at Vortex HQ.

Ask your buddy where he lost his turret covers at. Or at least how they got lost. Did they just fall off or did he take them off on a hillside overlooking a trail crossing on a piece of state land in Eastern Washington?  :chuckle:  I found some laying on the ground during this years muzzy elk season. Got them somewhere at home now.

Yeah if I can remember where I put them! It was one of those times where your sitting on a ridge and think, I wonder how many people have already sat here and watched this opening, and then I looked down and saw them!

Top notch customer service. Two years ago, 4 days before deer season I pull my rifle out of the safe only to find the lenses were covered in condensation (inside). I thought I was screwed for the season. Called vortex next day and the following day I had a replacement.

No flocking way! HAHA I'll ask him -- this was probably around August of 2021 though. Might not be his.

That’s so refreshing to hear about a company that still provides that level of customer service. I’m the odd man out here on the product. I have had 1 rifle scope and 1 spotting scope one is sold and the other will be for sale soon. I actually haven’t liked their  stuff especially the rifle scope. I do have a pair of 15x Binoculars that I like. I will post the scope for sale here used on range lightly but pulled off pretty quick never hunted with it. Sure is nice that a company still provides that level of CS I just wish I liked their products lol. Glad they are working great for others keep your eye out for good deal on scope! I will start separate thread

I have a Diamondback scope and Viper binos and have had zero issues. Over many years though.
1 A Thompson Center 54 cal that I broke over a 2pt. bucks head after not having more lead. The stock was replaced by Thompson free of charge!
2. Leupold 9x25 Gold Ring Binos, They had a chink in the rubber armor. A niece decided to pretty them up and proceeded to strip them clean. Leupold repaired or replaced free of charge !
3. First year of elk hunting on St. Helens, my son fell before daylight destroying a Burris 3x9 Fullfield .  Burris replaced free of charge !
All of these companies have had great customer service for me.
BUY AMERICAN !
