Well its been slow and not have time off makes it harder. Elk not talking much yet, I had a cat come in on me when i was cow calling my way the other night. Last night i had a bull come in to a bugle so hopefully ill get my chance at a bull soon.

My experience in 2018 there was a lot of cat and coyote sign everywhere we went. Good luck on your hunt.

He is still around, heard him crashing thru the trees an hour ago, this wind has them spooked, shaking in my tree stand now....lol

Have you tried higher elevation? A buddy of mine shot his opening morning, a nice 7x7. Then called another 5x6 in yesterday for another tag holder. They’re there, good luck!

Yea been up pretty high a few times. Its hard cause i only have a few hrs of light every day after work.

I have hit them some. Like i said my limited time also my jeep isnt up and running so it is killing me. Ive had 2 nights with bulls replying and coming in just havent connected yet.
