Damn happy to see the son in law draw his first blood, but after a couple whiskeys around the fire and hearing that he felt bad about the kill, more proud.  Every real hunter respects the life they take, and for a young guy to recognize that and admit it, makes me proud. Great times.

The best way to make any Venision edible is to Hang is in a locker/cooler for at least 7-8 days :yeah:
It seals the meat & ages it. Take your nose and small that beef!
