Coral mushrooms
«

Corals were popping out all over today. They've never been my favorite but these look clean, meaty, and appear to be worm free.
Any suggestions on how to prepare them?

most corals cause gastrointestinal distress. I would prepare them like most mushrooms, saute in butter. But i will reiterate that you will want to be in close proximity to a bathroom later.

Eaten lots of corals they effect everyone different. Ate probably 10lbs last year no problems at all. Sauteed in butter and on top of a good fatty ribeye mmmmm mmmmm yum!
