LEM Max Vac Pro
« on: November 07, 2021, 06:51:33 PM »
Noticed today while sealing some venison that after I close the lid and the process starts, I noticed the bag inflates like a bubble. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!! Never noticed this before when it was going through the vac and seal process. It still vacs and seals but not like it should. Anyone have this issue with their's? Guess I'll give LEM a call tomorrow. Thanks in advance!

Did you by chance fold the bag over the sealing bar?  Or fold the bag in any way prior to sealing?  Both of those conditions can explain what you're experiencing.  The end of the bag should lay flat over the bar and not be folded downward.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

The bag probably was hanging over the sealing bar. I'll check that out tomorrow and see what happens. Thanks for tip.  Appreciated!
