Shoot a blacktail off Seabeck Holly during archery?
« on: November 19, 2021, 05:13:35 PM »
Shot a blacktail at noon today off Seabeck Holly in Kitsap, big body, 2 point.  I thought I shot it in the head at like 25 yards then a follow up shot put it down cause it had a white eyeball.  But when I cut the horns off at home I found a muzzy broadhead just above the eye against the skull.  So if you hit an 2 point during archery and thought you killed him, he survived and was chasing does.

Congrats on the buck.  He'll forever be known as "ol' white eye"
