" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

I am ready to take my eastern !  I was outside the other day and heard them gobbling in the morning rain just a short distance from me.  I have had several people tell me where they have seen them, and with the nice weather comming this weekend I am going to try and chase em down !!

Been a tough year for me cant find a hot bird. They gobble on roost and don't say much when on the ground. More hunters in my area this year. Will keep trying they are out there just need the right bird on the right day.
