Check that the gun is unloaded ( remove the barrel from the stock ) and then, after soaking in the kroil or PB penetrating oil, use a propane torch and heat the barrel around the breech plug. This will take a few minutes. Let it cool down till its a little to uncomfortable to touch, then spray more penetrating oil down the bore, just flood it. Let it soak another day. Heat up the barrel around the breech plug again while apply torque with the breech plug removal tool. They usually just pop loose easily, but if its been sitting dirty, im giving you the run down on a nasty stuck breech plug.
