Attracting blacktail to your property

I am looking at tips on getting blacktail to come to my 5 acre property, it has dense woods and a few clear spots. Is growing plants that they eat a good idea or some more like putting out corn? any tips help thank you!

Just plant some things you don't want them to eat - like rose bushes, raspberries, strawberries and young fruit trees. Every blacktail in a ten mile radius will show up as soon as they start leafing out.

Me and wife go for drive at least twice a week to look for deer
And we have learned to look for a “late” producing appl trees..these are a magnet
When all the other variaties are long gone….money

What he said    Put out a couple of mineral rocks and spread some Blacktail crack around those twice a week (sweet cob and green apples). They’ll be knocking at your porch door, rubbing their arms and shaking when you forget it for a week or so. They’re fans of blackberry bushes also.

Not only do they love eating young fruit trees--even before they start bearing fruit- they also love a good constant water supply.  We've put up 8 foot fencing around our fruit trees but they still come to water

Just a suggestion,
I bet you can find a 100 YouTube vids on baiting deer and different feeder setups.
But everybody has a few tricks to it.
