I have half that trap built on my bench and been staring at it for months trying to figure how to use a conibears trigger in it haha got some ideas on how to change the trigger bar but no time to fiddle with it

Sweet trap for sure.

I have been building cages this last week. Got some funky designs in my head I'm going to try to work out in the next couple months.

Tag. When I remember, I'll take some pictures of how to easily build in conibear triggers. My walk in guillotine doors fire very reliably in frozen weather because they are conibear triggers with spring power on the trip rod. Similar technology can be used on a swim-through. I personally prefer to keep my swimthroughs a little simpler just for ease of setting but I also don't otter trap where I would want faster mechanisms.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.
