Well ol backstraps and decided to give up on turkbirds and try elk antlers for a while and we did pretty good for a bunch of elk antler rookies

Duck had been after me about doing some elk shed hunting. I had an idea where we might find some but wasn't hopeful. It was a full day for sure.......my GPS read that I hiked just over 12 miles. This was my virgin shed hunt and thanks to Duckfvr I now have yet another hobby! :chuckle: My wife......... :rolleyes: I'll be out there at first light tomorrow!

lewy you're correct!........we need to find some left sides! I went for a hike yesterday morning and found a dandy 6 point
and looked for two hours for the match but no luck! I wish I could have stayed out there longer but I promised my lovely wife a BBQ dinner for Mother's Day. Here's a ATL photo I took! Dano
