I live in WA. So Oregon n Idaho would be easy. What other states would you add? Cali? Nevada?

Cali has a huge population of Rio's.  Nevada's population isn't all that great actually pretty sparse.  Actually all 3 coastal states have probably the best population of turkeys in the western states.

We’re doing a 4 day Washington, Idaho and Montana trip for the opener.  It’s pretty doable.

If strictly west coast, southwest Oregon and northern Cali would be easy to combo and lots of birds to hunt. Nevada is a tough state to draw a tag for turkeys so I would rule it out if you havn't preplanned to hunt there. Having that said I'm hoping to do more of a mountain west states tour this spring, pending diesel prices not skyrocketing between now and then. I'll start in Oregon, drop to Utah, head east to Wyoming, and finish in the Dakotas. If the hunting goes well I could add Colorado. I've already harvested birds in Nebraska, Montana, and Idaho, but those states could easily be added if I wanted to repeat hunt them.

MM, Sounds like you're going for the US Slam! I actually have on my bucket list is the Hawaii turkey hunt you did recently. Fishing and turkey hunting sounds like a great vacation to me. Best, 253sg
