Was just down in Utah for a few days staying with a brother who is a very active hunter, gets out and about a lot.  Warned that the drought has really changed some areas and really knocked the numbers of big game down in some units.  It's bad in the south and central part of the state. He honestly thinks they should have reduced permit numbers more than they did.

no-didn't put in this year. Area we've hunted for years  is critically low on deer this year. But nephew who put in says no card hit yet
