He was banned for repeatedly breaking forum rules. He was given many opportunities to correct his behavior. He chose not to.

  To all the mod comments above.

It is a bummer that he couldn’t operate within the rules but he was given plenty of opportunities to change and couldn’t do it.  I won’t get into details but I can assure you this was reviewed by the mod team and his comments were well beyond what is allowed.
