This article was a month ago, and goodness no I do not read the Seattle Times, but it’s dang good. Short little read but good stuff, basically calling out the false narrative of the article Koontz recently had in the Times. We need more commission members like her!

I had originally opposed her appointment, thinking wrongly that the Commission was too marine heavy. After reading this a couple months ago, I've since written my state senator and apologized to Ms. Thorburn to correct my opinion. She wrote the truth.
