Don't they seem to always have the results on a Monday?  It seems like they work overtime on the weekend and try to get it out on Monday. :dunno:  I could be remembering wrong though.

So if i buy an application after may 20 and i do not get drawn i should get my money back because the draw is supposed to be closed.

I suppose that you shouldn't be able to purchase a permit application after May 20th.  You won't be able to get into the drawing if you try to put in after the 20th.

hell I will take a quarter. I say the 13th. They seem (on a year that they do not draw three times) a week earlier than they say. Could it be moose? sheep? goat?  HAHAHA probably nothing like normal.

 :yike: I got my draw results TODAY !!!  They said... Sorry, you dont have any friends or family associated with WDFW, therefor you are unsuccesful... for the 21st year.  But THANKS for the money...*censored*!!!   :chuckle: But really, im feeling good about this year, i didnt get any vacation approved for huntin season, so Im probably gonna draw.  Good luck yall !!!

This statement comes from an Email I got from WDFW yesterday

"This year’s application deadline is midnight May 20, nearly a month earlier than in past years.  Permit winners will be selected by random drawing, with the results available by the end of June, said Dave Ware, game manager for the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW)."

And why all the chatter about it before the deadline? Wait until after the deadline to "remind" everyone and increase your chances of getting drawn.
