draw has been cancelled no refunds issued wdfw thanks you for the millions on dollars in application fees.

The 10th is the front running by a long shot at 65 votes, the 9th is the next highest with 35 votes.

It will be sometime next week hopefully. Pretty sure WDFW calls all the people who bought a special permit and forgot to put in I know someone a couple of years ago that was called.
