Cleaning out the freezer
« on: June 20, 2022, 06:15:19 PM »
Defrosting the stand up this weekend found this roast we had since last x-mas...bought a bunch at Freddy's for less than 6 bucks/lb. Cooked until IT was 120 and let sit for 20 mins.  Temp rose to 135 and sliced...nummy..even the asparagus was palatable
beer---it's whats for dinner

We hit the sales every year and try to stash a few of them! Prime rib roast and ribeye steaks are my 2 favorites.
