Recommend loop for summer coyote E call?
« on: June 27, 2022, 02:52:48 PM »
Good Afternoon-

So I was looking to making a summer loop for my Icotec for western Washington and eas wondering if anyone would care to share the sequencing of their tracks or may have a loop they would be willing to share.   Thanks in advance and happy hunting.

When it's hot their need for food drops off unbelievably. I test baits year around and responses drop off dramatically in the summer.

Trigger other responses like pups in distress, curiosity and territorial conflicts.

I have recently stumbled upon a sequence that has worked well for me. I live in Western Washington and the coyotes are incredibly difficult to hunt. i would really like to see how these big time yote hunters would do out here. However, i just shot a double last night using this sequence.
Rodent distress quiet- just incase there are any nearby.
Coyote vocals- interrogation howls and group serenades.
Rabbit distress- I don't know why this works yet, however I my kill count has increased significantly using it.
With greatness comes great sacrifice.
