Wednesday spent the day loading up and moving camp back up north.

Thanksgiving was good. Gradually seen a bunch of deer throughout the day. Ended with 32 bucks and got to watch another couple nice bucks scrap it out. Seems like good things are starting to happen up here. Capped it off by spending thanksgiving with the Ironhead household and boy do they cook up some good grub over there!

Mostly fogged out today so just poking around. 3 bucks so far.

Great thread, that super 2 is crazy! Good Luck!
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

I would have shot that 2x3.
What a great conversation piece
Absolutely. Saw one just  as big in Montana a couple years ago, if he would have had an eyeguard or two he would be on my wall today.. to this day I still kinda wish I would have pulled the trigger because you just don't see them that big .

Keep at it, to tag a book buck, you have to be willing to eat the tag! :twocents:

This is so true, I've eaten two out of state tags. I just would not settle for less.

Well I ended up packing up and heading home yesterday after 20 some odd days. Since the last update I spent the last couple days looking for a certain deer with no luck. The big ones are hard to find but after this break I’ll be ready to hit it hard. Plan on hitting it on weekends until about the 10th or so and then staying over until the end. Getting a lot of fresh snow this week in the Entiat. Pretty excited to see how it is this weekend when the archery tags are all done and the deer settle down.
