The only scenario I could see myself, maybe, passing on a buck like that would be if I was on a expensive guided hunt, it was early in the hunt, and the guide suggested we could do better but even then I sure wouldn't want to look at him very long because that big boy could easily change my mind.  Any other scenario, pfft, forget about it, I'm sending it!

Exactly. That’s why in my post I said I have a hard time seeing anybody topping a ridge, looking down and at a hundred yards having this buck looking up at you. Then you sit there wondering to shoot or not😆 I even said I thought he had a chance to possibly get bigger, if I knew I had a chance of seeing him the following year etc but I know dang well that would all go out the window when I crested that ridge and seen a buck of this caliber staring me down😆😆, yep, out the window!
