Good job.
That beats my record for most in a year.
Keep it up. The only good coyote is a dead coyote.

Nice job!  Yeah I'm hoping for a couple more before the new year too.  I've had one or two barking near my house recently, but they haven't shown their faces yet.   I'm scheming how I can work out kid care so I can get out and do some calling this week or next.

I hear you. My wife was home yesterday, so I snuck out during the kids nap time. Only had time for one stand, so glad it worked out!

Haha, yep, that sounds familiar.  Oldest of my 3 youngsters was going to spend a couple nights at my inlaw's place with grandma. I told my wife I was willing to make the drive with the kids and let her have some quiet time at home.  So last night I drove them over, we had dinner, got all 3 kids playing peacefully, and then my inlaws  gave me a thumbs up to go do some coyote calling in the back yard. I made a 30 minutes stand. Called in a pair at the 20 minute mark.  Dropped one. No shot on the 2nd.  I was happy to get some hunting in, kids were happy to see grandparents, wife was happy for some quiet time, grandparents were happy to see grandkids.  Got back home at 10:30pm and transfered the 2 sleeping kids to bed. Late night made it tough to get up at 5am for work, but it was worth it.

Just got another.  The way the alarms rang it surprised me, I wasn't expecting to see a coyote.  #25 for the year.

We have a good amount of coyotes around our place. If someone is responsible and shoots suppressed I could give you access to my place and my neighbors place. We have 17 acres he has 40. Big tree patch between his fields and mine.

We had a coyote at the edge of yard spying the chickens just after 10am.

Nice shooting!
Love it when they flop without hardly a wiggle.
This one didn’t do anything but drop. I think the bullet went through the spine right below the skull.

Pretty slow year for us. Got #26 as I was getting ready to head to town. The year before last between myself and my daughter we wound up with 40. Just not as many showing up this year.

Sounds like you are doing a good job of keeping the population of coyotes thinned out in your neighborhood. Nice work.
