A traditional hunter education course will be held at the Issaquah Sportsmens Club starting February 9.
If you are interested in being certified (required in Washington to purchase a hunting license for anyone born after January 1, 1972) or know someone who is, this is a good opportunity to do so before courses become more congested later in the year. Becoming certified now also allows participation in the special permit drawings which occur in April and May.
