Might be blending two stories. This week a persons car was stolen, they tracked it and ended up shooting the person. Car owner is now in jail.

This might stop people from stealing cars in my opinion I think it’s BS the car owner is in jail

Have to shoot them on the spot. Once you pursue your claim to self defense is gone.

Yes I understand that what I was talking about has nothing to do with self defense it has to do with getting your stuff back and bad guys understanding hey I might get shot taking someone’s stuff
If enough people did that guess what crime would go down
