I would think the answer is yes as long as you are not shooting the .22 at the turkey.....but that is a great question.  Curious to know what others say.  I would absolutely use the .410 barrel and make sure I didn't have .22 with me during the hunt.

I'd load the 22 barrel with a bird shot shell. Since some pistols are legal.

I think as long as you don't have any 22 ammunition with you, you would be fine.
