NV Antelope success

Had the chance last weekend to head down to Nevada to hunt an antelope tag I waited 12 years to draw. With tags getting harder and harder to draw in the west I wanted to make the most of it. This antelope hunt was more like a mule deer hunt as we stayed out of the flats and spent time in the desert mountains. Saw plenty of lope, mule deer, coyotes, wild horses, chukar, sage hens, and thousands or Mormon crickets. Ended up with my best antelope too. Not a bad start to 2023.

Congratulations! I was in NV last week scouting for a deer tag and those Mormon crickets were next level! 🤮

Sweet goat Brian! Super jealous you got to go antelope hunting this year, I sure miss it. Hopefully next year my WY, MT or NV points will come through.
