Testar77 told me that the Skagit looked like it was running quite high last weekend. Looking here: http://waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis/uv?12200500  it looks to be dropping. So is the Samish. If the Sky was looking good, that'd be the first one in the north sound that's turned for the better. The Sno and Stilly appear to be droping a little also. I don't know what water clarity for those rivers might be though. All I get to see everyday is the muddy green of the Nooksack.

I'd like to get a report for the upper Skagit, Sauk or Cascade river conditions.

Skag is still slow. Water is on the high side making what few fish are there hold in different spots. It should be hot in a week or two.

I heard of a few fish being caught last week in the Sky but the water is still a little on the dirty side.

The Stilly looked good when I drove over it last weekend but I havent heard of any reports.

The Nooksack is dirt but the fish are there. Fish it where some of the creeks and tribs dump in. The Kings will stage there to clean there gills. Kinda a dead give away.

i live less than a half mile from the snoqualmie and it's been ok for a while now...a little off but totally fishable.
the sky still looks great...but it's usually the first to clear up.
