Every time I see this stuff coming out of WA, I’m thankful I bought my 21 acres in Idaho.

That works, for now.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

If they get fur, leather won't be far behind. Then utilizing any part of an animal. If they succeed on wild animals, farm animals are next. And that's the way we need to frame it to the general public.

That’s their intentions.  But hey people won’t believe it till their at the door to remove your farm animals.😢

From the text, SB 6294, "will enhance the reputation of our State".  Anyone here from the Stanford's district?  It has been referred to his committee.  Please comment, get this thing killed

Animal rights activists say stopping the wear and use of fur is about stopping the cruel treatment of animals.

:yike: Say what?  WCO's wildlife control operators........WDFW program mandates that "ALL" animals that you catch are euthanized "KILLED" and ALL of them are thrown away.  Now what is crueler than that?  Wasted period !

Stop trapping stop the use of Fur..............what the hell do you think those animals are going to live happy forever?  NO there will be more WCO's or someone that is going to have to catch them and kill everything.   :yike:

I looked at the written testimony list for Pro and Con. I see Fred Koontz on there as pro, how surprising. Anymore these days I just have the Washington legislation website on my computer and check for new bills all the time so I don’t miss anything, bills like this are going to get more frequent.

The Oregon Initiative Petition 3 (replacement for IP 13, which failed) is even more extremely worded now.  I would not be surprised if the animal rights people in Washington made a similar attempt through the initiative process.

No surprise on Koontz supporting it.
