Willing to try it. Whats the scoop?
Have done grilled cheese with mayo instead of butter, pretty good, not much noticeable difference to me though.
Also bake fish (ocean white) with mayo smeared on=good eats too.

I've slathered some venison up in mayo too. It adds some tasty fat. Guess I'll try steak next
