My hunting partners called this morning got into 4 screaming bulls lastnight and 1 of them pulled the triger on a 4x5. They have been there starting the 8th. This is his first elk and with a bow. 20 yards and he went down in 40 yards. Awesome. They are going back tonight to get the other guy one

well.... did anyone else eat thier tag like me? had a 300-320 6x6 come in to 90 yds, then turn around and leave on friday. seemed like about thursday-sunday they stopped buggling and were no where to be found?  :dunno: but i had alot of fun getting into some of them the previous days and seeing some big bulls screaming....  :chuckle: best tasting tag i ever had!

here we come deer, then late deer and elk, lol

I drove onver and visited a few camps and stoped to see a guy i know who had a tag on Wed. and it was not looking good for the folks in Little Naches. no one i talked to filled a tag or even got close.

I stoped by Whistling Jacks before heading up the pass and there were only 4 pic on the wall  :(

My brother just got back from Taneum (6 days) and he said the bulls were not talking at all in there.
